Job Description

About the Position

As the Lead Product Manager for our Recruiting CRM Platform, you will be leading our product strategy, overseeing the entire lifecycle of the product and own its key success metrics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise customers. Your role will involve a mix of strategic planning, hands-on management, and leadership to ensure that our products align with market demands and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our Recruiting CRM product and work towards Sense Intelligent CRM vision that stands out to the modern trends of candidate and recruiter experience.
    • Actively work with our US and International Customers, Sales, and Solution Consulting to be on top of the market needs and competitive positioning to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
    • Develop domain expertise and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization:
    • Create, manage, and communicate the product roadmap, aligning it with company objectives and customer requirements.
    • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demand, customer feedback, and business impact.
  • Product Development & Launch:
    • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, from concept to launch.
    • Play a pivotal role in the EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design) team triad and collaborate with them to ensure they understand the product requirements well and are unblocked in the development phase.
    • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Work with the Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager to manage the product feature release and oversee product launches, ensuring successful go-to-market execution and post-launch analysis.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters, both internally and externally.
    • Interface with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Center of Excellence teams and conduct demos and training on the new features for the internal team enablement.
    • Keep a close track of product metrics by working with Product Analysts and coming up with actionable insights
    • Work closely with various customer-facing teams and stakeholders to understand the day-to-day usage of your owned feature area and come up with product enhancements to make their lives easier
    • Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and ensure alignment with their needs.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Job Requirement
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years of product management experience in the B2B Enterprise SaaS space.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex software products.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Solid System Design skills to able to take a problem statement and conceptualize solutions for the same
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
    • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
    • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Asana, and analytics platforms.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
