Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Manual QA Intern to join our growing QA team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by assisting with manual testing of our software applications. You will work closely with QA Engineers and Developers to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Testing: Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases for various projects.
  • Bug Tracking: Identify, report, and track defects and issues using our bug tracking system.
  • Documentation: Help maintain and update QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand product requirements and ensure testing coverage.
  • Automation: Assist in the development and maintenance of automated tests where applicable.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback and recommendations for improving product quality and user experience.
  • Learning: Stay updated on the latest QA trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
  • B.E/B.Tech Graduate in any stream. Preferably Computer Science.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good to have
  • Experience with Python and SQL
  • Experience with specific software testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing)
  • Proficiency in using bug tracking tools
