Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Operations Intern to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in streamlining product operations by analysing customer workflows, implementing automation solutions, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with our award-winning automation platform while making a meaningful impact on how companies engage with talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex customer recruitment workflows across different lifecycle stages
  • Work hands-on with our automation platform to recreate and optimize customer workflows
  • Organize and optimize workflows according to recruitment lifecycle stages and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to customize solutions
  • Create comprehensive documentation and guides for implemented workflows
Job Requirement
  • B.Tech/BE or similar technical background preferred (other degrees considered based on relevant skills)
  • Proficient in English with good written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and Excel is a plus
  • Familiarity with SQL and experience with ticketing tools/customer support software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
