Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist to be a part of our growing team working in person at our Bangalore office. You will be closely interacting with the different stakeholders to streamline the HR processes aligned with the business goals focusing on continuous improvement  and create a great employee experience

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the Candidate Engagement Process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Run point on  Onboarding and New Hire Orientation programs
  • Manage employee queries on policies and guidelines as required and basic grievances
  • Proactively understand the pulse of the employees by frequent interaction to understand their challenges and offer support
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Carefully maintain employee files and records with professionalism and discretion
  • Partner with the People Experience team on areas such as employer branding, fostering company culture, talent development, rewards and recognition, and retention
  • Drive the processes related to onboarding, talent development, performance management, payroll, compliance, insurance and exit management
  • Planning & organizing employee engagement activities and event planning
  • Generate and produce  HR Metrics with an ability to interpret and share data with all levels of the org.

Job Requirement
  • Min 3 to 5 years of experience in the HR  function (Preferably in a start-up environment)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the business.
  • Builds relationships with colleagues and candidates.
  • Flexible and adaptable to working hours
  • Expert interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of HR strategy
  • Provides creative and innovative solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities easily
  • Should be proficient in using word, excel & powerpoint
